Hi Alex – thanks for the feedback. Haven’t had a comment ’round these parts for a while!

I heard Argos have powerballs now. Whatever you do don’t buy one in one of those high street gadget shops they’re way overpriced there.

Someone on Twitter was only mentioning this today (as I’m back to my wrist support after overworking myself for the past couple of weeks).

I’ll definitely look at picking one up.

Yeah I’d recommend picking one up. I can’t be too sure exactly how much it has helped me, it’s just a small part of my arsenal but I’d definitely recommend getting one.
